Tom Peters says that we must, "reward excellent failures" and "punish mediocre succeses". Many people are holding onto mediocre successes, either because that is where they're comfort zone is or...because they are afraid of failure. How is it that some of us have forgetten that just about everything that we've learned we learned in life comes from failure. Think about it, while learning to walk as a baby...how often did we fall down? We must be willing to let go of our peanuts (failures), get up try to walk again. We have EVERYTHING to gain!!!! Happy Holidays all!!!

Great article. Isn't this the truth? If only people knew the "Giant Within." I'm learning more about it and I'm feeling more confident within the realization that we have only to conceive an idea, believe it can happen and watch it come to fruition (Napoleon Hill quote parahrased).
