These statements about establishing relationships are so true! In the post it talks about relationships being more important than the product being sold...SO TRUE!

As I started to think about some of the big transactions I've made over the last couple of years (i.e. buying a house, buying a car, investments, etc) the sole reason I did business and chose the companies/people I did was because of the relationship that was established prior to! When I think about my realtor, my financial advisor, the car salesman all of them had relationship with me. They invested their time, knowledge, talents, etc. in me before I even thought about purchasing the product!

This post really sums up the importance of establishing relationships and building connections!
